The scale moved. Ola tells you why.
It sets this morning's reading against yesterday: salt, carbs, how much you ate, a late dinner and, if you track it, your cycle. Then it shows how much of the change each one explains.
Food, fasting, weight, sleep and cycle — tracked together in one private app that explains what it all means.

Most trackers count. Ola reads your own history and explains what the numbers mean, in plain words, on the screens you already check.

It sets this morning's reading against yesterday: salt, carbs, how much you ate, a late dinner and, if you track it, your cycle. Then it shows how much of the change each one explains.

Running a few hundred calories over, or heavier weekends, adds up to enough to explain a flat month. Ola finds patterns like this in your own history, and says how strong the evidence is.

Ola puts what you eat in each phase of your cycle side by side, so a bigger week makes sense and you can plan for it, rather than fight it.
Ola checks your real weight trend against your goal and suggests a new daily target when you're ahead or behind. Nothing changes until you review it.

Sleep from Apple Health, whether it comes from Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura or another tracker, set against your own 7-day average, right on Today.
Ola brings together what usually takes a food diary, a fasting timer, a weight app and a cycle tracker, so the numbers can finally talk to each other.
Search, scan a barcode, snap a photo or just say what you ate. Protein, fat, carbs, fiber, sugar, vitamins and minerals.
Start a fast from your phone or wrist, get a nudge when you reach your goal, and see every fast in your history.
A smoothed trend line separates real progress from water and salt, and your plan adjusts to it.
Optional cycle tracking that shows how each phase lines up with your appetite and the scale.
Steps, active energy, workouts and sleep from Apple Health, right next to what you ate.

Kai is a chat assistant built into Ola. It answers from your diary, your notes and your cycle, so you get your real answers, not guesses.
Kai is off until you turn it on, and it tells you exactly what it sends first. It isn't a doctor and won't diagnose; it'll suggest asking one when it matters.

Pick the look that suits you when you set Ola up, and change it any time. Women includes period and cycle tools and a rose palette. Men leaves the cycle tools out and uses earthier colors. Everything else is the same app.

Privacy isn't a feature we bolted on. It's how Ola is built.
Open the app and start. No email, no password, no account to hack.
Photo, voice and Kai are optional, and each tells you what it sends first. Our server keeps nothing you send unless you also turn on Help improve Ola, and we never keep Kai’s summary of your days.
No ad networks, no analytics SDKs, no selling or sharing your data. Ever.
Each is off until you allow it, and tells you exactly what it sends first. Nothing is ever tied to your name.
Your data is portable. Export your whole diary as a JSON file, and your foods as a CSV spreadsheet.
One button wipes everything in the app, and asks our server to delete any photos or words you chose to share.
The details, in plain English: read the privacy policy.
Built for the iPhone and Apple Watch you already wear and carry.
Food diary, the Today dial, progress charts, an adaptive plan and the fasting timer.
Check your rings, start or end a fast and log foods you've had before, right from your wrist. The same widgets sit on your watch face: calories left, macros, your rings, your fast, your cycle and when your next period is due, weight, water, steps or sleep.
Calories left, macros, your rings, your fast, your cycle and when your next period is due, weight, water, steps or sleep at a glance on the Home Screen and Lock Screen.
Reads steps, active energy, sleep and workouts. Writes back weight, water and food energy, with your permission.
One app instead of juggling several.

Only facts about packaged foods: the barcode, brand, name, label numbers and serving size, plus corrections like “this bar is 190 calories, not 210”. They carry nothing that links them to you, and never include your diary, photos, words or Apple Health data. Nothing is shared while every online feature is off, and you can switch it off in Settings. Plate photos and dictated meals are kept only if you turn on Help improve Ola, and Kai chats never are. Details are in the privacy policy.
On your iPhone. Your diary, weight, cycle and Apple Health data aren't stored on our servers. Online food search, photo logging, voice logging and Kai are each off until you turn them on. When you ask Kai something, it sends a summary of your recent days so it can answer. Our server never keeps your question, Kai’s answer or that summary. The AI model doesn’t train on them, though Google may keep a request for a limited time for safety checks. The privacy policy explains exactly what happens to them.
Ola is free to download, and everyday tracking stays free: logging, search, barcodes, the Fasting, Food and Steps rings, Apple Health, weight, preset fasts, cycle tracking, widgets and the watch. Ola Pro adds Kai, photo and voice logging, Patterns and more (see Pricing above). It's $12.99 a month with a 3-day free trial, or $99.99 a year with a 7-day free trial. That's about $8.33 a month on the annual plan. It renews until you cancel, and you can cancel any time.
Everything you logged stays on your phone, and all the free features keep working. The Pro features switch off. If you subscribe again later, they come back, and Kai, photo and voice logging ask for your OK once more before they send anything.
Ola is made for iPhone and Apple Watch. Ola isn't available yet on Android, so stay tuned for updates. Ola is not available for the web.
No. It stays off until you turn it on, and the other look hides it completely. When it's on, Ola shows how each phase of your cycle lines up with your eating and weight. It isn't a form of contraception and can't predict fertility.
No. Ola is a wellness and self-tracking app, not a medical device. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before big changes to how you eat or fast, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a health condition or an eating disorder.
Settings → Data → Delete all local data wipes everything on your phone and asks our server to delete any photos or words your phone shared. To remove only what you shared, use Settings → Food lookup → Delete my shared food data. Deleting the app removes what's on your phone, so use that button first if you also want our copies gone.
